Traders wishing to attend this event are required to register in advance. Space will be allocated based on the range of crafts being demonstrated or offered, and on the type of stand/stall you can offer. There is no guarantee of a place being available, but we will make every effort to make it possible for you to attend.

Pitch fees

A pitch fee will be charged for some traders. This is a total fee for weekend.

• Living History Traders with authentic tentage; Picage and Pedlars - free

• Authentic traders/authentic tentage £30

• Non-authentic/plastic £50
  

Craft Demonstrators will not be subject to the pitch fee. Some assistance with transport costs may be available for demonstrators offering a substantial presence - please ask for details.
